Pilates

By definition is a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

Pilates can benefit everyone from the professional athlete to the elderly. Each session is personalized to work for the individual needs of each specific body.  Pilates will bring your body into balance with exercises that equally strengthen your muscles and mobilize your joints. Bad habits are corrected, posture is improved, and you develop a deep understanding of your body and how it moves.  Depending on the individual client or class your Pilates session can range from super sweaty to light and stretchy.

If you are new to Pilates I recommend scheduling a minimum of 3 private lessons before you join a group so that can learn the fundamentals and principles of Pilates. This also gives me a chance to get to know your specific needs and goals.

Private Lessons: For the person who wants one on one attention or is new to Pilates. Private lessons are recommended for those who have injuries or special needs. Sign Up For Private Classes

  • $60 single session
  • $525 for 10 sessions
  • $35 single 1/2 hour session
  • $325 for 10 1/2 hour sessions

Duet (2 people): A healthy activity for a couple, friends or just 2 people who have similar goals. Sign Up For Semi-Private Classes

  • $45 single session
  • $390 for 10 sessions

Triad (3 people): This is a small group class comprised of individuals with similar goals. Sign Up For Classes or call Sarah to schedule a private small group class 716-982-4133
